Story
Dexter is a 9 year old Dalmatian we have had since he was a puppy. He is loving, smart, very trainable, energetic, and an absolute goofball. Even at 9 years old, he still thinks he is a puppy. He is great with people, cats, and most female dogs, but does not do well with other male dogs. He can be a bit of a bull in a china shop at times, but is incredibly gentle and does well with small kids. He loves going on walks and hikes as well cuddling on the couch. He does very well in fenced yards and, as long as it is secure, has never tried to escape. We are heartbroken to have to re-home him, as he has been the best dog we could have ever imagined. However, we are relocating for work and unable to bring him with us. We are looking for a family that will love him and receive as much joy from him as we have over these last 9 years.
