Devon Rex kittens & cats in Lockhart, Texas

Pixie was originally owned by a military family. She was surrendered to the vet & was adopted by my daughter in law working at the vets office. Pixie did not get a long with her other cats. She was inherited by my husband & I. She is a Devon Rex breed, which are known to be hypoallergenic, shed less & have a different look to them. She is house trained. She has an electric feeder & fountain. She does need something to scratch on. She loves to be brushed. She enjoys sunbathing on the screened in porch on her cat tree. She is very good with the dog. She actually sits & lets him groom her. She will retreat when visitors arrive. She hangs back until she feels comfortable & then will come out & approach and socialize. She doesn’t really liked to be picked up. She sleeps on top of the covers on our bed. She will wander & find other places to sleep. She seems to enjoy the dark, cool, corner of the closet. We do not normally have her vaccinated because she is an indoor cat.
