Meet Maggie, being fostered in Chesapeake, VA! This sweet, lovable girl is practically perfect in every way, and she is officially searching for her forever home.   Why We Love Maggie: The Ultimate Social Butterfly: She gets along with other dogs, kids, AND cats! She’s currently living with a smaller foster brother and is incredibly gentle with him, even though she’s a big girl who doesn’t quite know her own size.   Playtime Champion: Maggie’s absolute favorite things are playing fetch, chasing her own tail, and engaging in an epic game of tug-of-war (she is an awesome tugger!). She loves to run around a big yard and is just happy to be alive.   Perfect House Manners: She is crate-trained and sleeps like a dream without making a fuss. Plus, she's already leashtrained and completely ignores other dogs on her walks—she’s just thrilled to be outside sniffing the roses!   A Smart Cookie: Maggie already knows "sit" and "stay." In fact, when it’s dinnertime, she will patiently sit in her crate and "stay" while you prep her food, waiting for her cue ("OK to eat!") to dig in.   Fun Fact: Maggie is a fast eater! She uses a puzzle bowl to help her slow down and savor her meals. Bath Time Note: She gets a little hyper during baths—she’s still learning to love the scrubs and bubbles, but she's a trooper!   Quick Facts: Compatibility: Good with dogs, cats, and kids! She loves anyone she meets.   Skills: Cratetrained, leashtrained, obedient, and does great in the car.   Home Requirements: Requires a secure yard to run and play in.   Personality: Playful, affectionate, gentle, and goofy.   Ready to Adopt? Story
Meet Yeager — a Doberman with zero buffering and unlimited energy Tall, athletic, funny, and painfully handsome. The perfect guy… if this were a Tinder profile. But it’s not — and he’s a lot more than that. Yeager is a complex guy, but also obliviously happy. You know that kind of happiness only reserved for those with absolutely nothing going on upstairs? Yeah… that! I mean… look at that gaze. There is NOTHING there. Processing? Minimal. Vibes? Chaotic. To be clear: Yeager is A LOT. Not “a little training needed.” Not “puppy energy.” We’re talking full-time project dog. ✔️ Dog social… selectively (great with females & smaller/meduim males) ✔️ Has done well with cats and older kids ✔️ Extremely happy, confident, and always ready to GO ⚠️ Reality check: • Potty trained… but won’t tell you and will absolutely have accidents • Will mark indoors • Does not understand (or respect) human correction • Learns patterns quickly… then uses that knowledge against you • Will outmaneuver your routine (especially when food is involved) • Rarely settles — especially around other animals (play is his full-time job) • Takes correction from other dogs… then forgets it happened 3 minutes later • Destroys beds, feeders, and anything not built for chaos • Eats fast, then immediately wants to sprint/jump (deep-chested breed awareness REQUIRED) Training status: He’s not untrainable, but he is not intuitive. He will require someone experienced, structured, and committed to ongoing training. This is not a “figure it out as you go” dog. Ideal home (non-negotiable): Experienced, active, consistent human(s) who will not give up when he inevitably tests every boundary you set. Doberman or working-breed experience strongly preferred. If you want a chill, easy dog; keep scrolling. If you want a high-drive, chaotic, hilarious, frustrating, incredibly rewarding project… Yeager is your guy. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

REXLY!!!! Isn't that a name??? Well, maybe it goes along with my breed?? nope.... my appearance?? nope....my history?? nope... maybe it was something they made up??? YUP! But it fits me, I mean, REX is kind of like a T Rex, and I have the face/mouth SIMILAR to a T Rex, but a WHOLE LOT CUTER!! and LY, i mean, what does that stand for???? OK, they made up my name. And I identify with it :D AND that is all that really matters! So now you know a very little about me, what about you?? do you LOVE DOBERMANS??? I am all all that! I have a goofy inside and serious outside, only people who know and love the breed truly understand that! I am very serious about my food, my toys, my friends and my other friends and nothing else ;) I love to play, and chase toys and hang out on my bed and go for hikes and walks and be loved on... Do you have the right home for me?? Then hurry up and adopt me I cannot linger here forever waiting for you!!! Story
Hi, my name is Fury! But I'm more like a happy, gentle breeze that wants to have fun! You might recognize my name from the famous character Director Nick Fury of the Marvel movies, I'm kinda like him: I love being the center of attention and don't like it when people take my stuff! I am a big dog! With my mixed Doberman Pinscher/Black Labrador genes I am a whopping 52#/lbs and have a ton of energy and muscle that needs to be worked! Because of this it would be best if I was paired with an active family who knows how to keep a dog mentally stimulated and respects my boundaries well. No apartment living for me please! No cats or small children either! My caretakers have learned some important things about me: I am a chow-hound and will try to eat anything I can get my hands on! So please leave food out of reach from me or I'll swoop it all up. Secondly, I would prefer if people didn't grab things that I have in my mouth, it's mine not yours hehe! Overall, I am a big-hearted dog who wants to go play, be adventurous, have fun with other people and dogs! I am however not such a big fan of car rides, they make my tummy feel sick eww! I love all people and dogs, am a healthy, happy boy and just want to find my home. Let's work together and find it!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)
