Story
Belle, like any doberman, is high energy and loving. She sleeps next to our bed and loves attention. However, she is also very dominent and needs leash trained (she is a puller) and has anxiety on car rides (constant whining). She has not been around children. She has been around numerous dogs in our family and loves to play with them. She does not run away when off leash. We recently moved to a subdivision and our small yard is not sufficient for her to run. The activity in the subdivision, (people, dogs, children playing,etc) causes her to bark a lot as well. She has always had a dog door and comes and goes as she pleases and is house trained. Our son, who is military, purchased her 5 years ago as a puppy and had to surrender her to us when he was deployed. We have had her since she was 2, and enjoyed her immensly when we had 3 acres fenced for her to run. A large piece of property would be best for her, and to be loved and trained.
