Meet Maggie – Your Loyal Shadow and Sweetest Sidekick Maggie is an incredibly loving, gentle 5-year-old Doberman mix who is looking for her perfect match — someone who wants a devoted companion and is home more often than not. She’s the kind of dog who will happily lie by your side all day, following you from room to room, always content just to be near her person. She’s sweet as pie, loyal to the core, and happiest in a peaceful, predictable environment. Maggie thrives in calm surroundings and would do best in a home without children or a lot of coming and going. She’s sensitive to movement, and change, which can make busy households overwhelming for her. She’s best suited to a home with one or two adults who have consistent, low-key routines — especially someone retired or working from home who wants a true best friend always nearby. Maggie is house trained, though she may have an accident when feeling anxious. When in a calm, consistent home with adults, this has not been an issue — so we believe she’ll truly thrive when matched with the right environment. She gets along well with cats and dogs. Enjoys going on walks but isn’t high energy if a walk is missed. Maggie is very smart and eager to please. She just needs someone who can spend a little time helping her with some basic training, ie sitting and walking on the leash. She learns quickly and just wants to make you happy. If you’re looking for a sweet, soulful companion to share quiet days and peaceful evenings, Maggie might be your perfect match.
