Story
Dog was a rescue ~3 years ago, grew up with an 11 year old and did well. Had high energy and was a jumper according to original surrender papers. Most current owner suddenly passed, but has had dog trained well from his original quirks. Does best with older kids, and has done well with younger kids but is more apprehensive around them. Senior dog at 9 years old, lounges around at home most of the day, and does require atleast 1+ walks a day. Is used to being home alone while previous owner was at work. No biting or jumping during most current ownership. Has alopecia and has sweaters to keep him warm. Dog has been around other dogs, but would be best as a slow introduction, or no other pets. Used to eat socks, gloves, napkins, etc.. and has had one previous surgery for doing just that. No current issues with eating items, but best to keep them out of reach. Lucky is a calm, loving older dog who needs a family to spend time with and love him back.

Hi there! My name is Purple, I came in with my sister who has since found a home. I'm a 1-year-old Doberman/German Shepherd mix, I was an owner surrender to no fault of my own or theirs, I would do best as the only dog or with a small dog. I do like to play once I warm up, I not only like little dogs but I don't mind cats either! Interested in me? Adopt me now!
