She will require a securely fenced yard.  She walks on a leash, is crate trained, house trained and likes car rides. She loves playing in water.  L & S Dog Diggity Rescue is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 800,000 homeless pets. We save homeless and abandoned dogs and find them loving forever homes in other areas, where pet homelessness is not epidemic. This is Heathen he was a stray, and his current owner is a disabled individual who did not train Heathen. During Heathen's time with this owner, Heathen grew some bad habits including the classic Dobermann behavior of lightly biting wrists when he wants to play. Unfortunately just under a month ago, Heathen tried to play with somebody who has thin skin and caused some very small bleeding. This caused a report to be made, and as things sit now due to Heathen's owner being disabled, THIS DOG HAS UNTIL 3/13/26 TO FIND A HOME OR HE WILL BE EUTHANIZED. I can confirm personally that Heathen is an amazing and safe dog around adults and likely children, and can be controlled easily. He does not deserve this fate.

We got Velma from a friend, unfortunately, with their work schedule they could not keep her so, we took her in. Unfortunately, my work schedule is changing and will not be able to spend time with her. She is 10 months old. We are looking for someone that would be willing to work with her and hopefully be her forever home. She loves to jump on people and other dogs. But she’s really friendly and playful. She also thinks she’s a lapdog. She loves to play with kids but because of her size she could take a child down.

Elsa is a quirky girl who LOVES attention. She needs someone who can devote all of themselves to her. She is loyal, loving and the opposite of a "guard dog". she likes to play in the yard, especially with gigantic tree branches that fall. She knows how to "sit" and "paw". She is an extremely loyal girl and just wants to be by your side 24/7. Elsa enjoys fetch and needs a fenced yard or an active person who will give her the attention she needs. she loves car rides and would love to go on adventures, as long as she has you by her side. Elsa would thrive in an environment where she is the only pet. Since she reached adulthood she has been aggressive toward other dogs. she does great with older kids who know how to behave with dogs and devoted adults. she deserves a home where she is the sole attraction. Elsa is potty trained and never has accidents as long as she is let outside. She is crate trained but has separation anxiety. she is great on a leash. Elsa is spayed, she is not microchip
