If not already spayed/neutered, there may be a short delay between when you select this pet and when they are ready to go home.Breed and age are determined based on observable physical traits. Actual lineage and birth date are rarely known.Adoption Fees:-$60 for cats-$60 for dogs over 6 years-$80 for dogs 6 months old to 6 years-$100 for puppies up to 6 monthsCome visit our pets Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-2pm.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.All of our adoptable animals are up to date on routine vaccinations, microchipped and spayed or neutered.  If the animal is too young a certificate for the spay/neuter is included in the adoption fee.  Please CLICK HERE to complete our online adoption application. Many of our animals can be seen at our adoption center located at 5820 Richmond Rd, Texarkana, TX on Saturdays between 10 am - 3 pm.  We also have cats available in the Cat Adoption Center inside PetSmart - Texarkana.  To make arrangements to meet any of our animals, please call us at 1-877-525-4825, option 1.   Texarkana Animal League is a 501c3 non profit and all donations are tax deductible.    Prada was adopted from, us 5 years ago and recently returned due to her owner being placed in a nursing home. She is now a diet-controlled diabetic who is healthy and does well other than having to be on a special diet of diabetic dry cat food. She is a sweet kitty but is wary of other cats. She pretty much just goes the other way rather than confront them though.
