Story
I picked River up off the street when she was about 5 months old, after seeing her nearly get hit by several cars. She was emaciated and scratched up, and after taking her to the vet, they said she was malnourished and unchipped. I’ve now had her for over 4 years and she is certainly no longer malnourished (she’s a wee bit chonky), but this entire time, she has been bullied by my other cat and lives a pretty sad life hiding from her. River is so sweet, and she loves to be around us until the other cat enters the room. The fighting is daily, and I have tried EVERYTHING to get them to get along. My vet says that this is unfair to River, so I need to find her a loving home, preferably where she can be in a one-cat environment, at least until she adjusts.

Story
We`re not sure what Clara Bow`s story is, but we do know she`s a quiet, sweet girl who so far likes to keep to herself. Sometimes she likes to tuck herself under her blanket for a good nap. She welcomes attention from people but doesn`t seek out attention herself. She enjoys pets around her head and neck. She will enthusiastically lick squeeze up treats off your fingers. Sometimes she will hiss when startled so a calm and quiet household is a must, she should do fine with respectful kids and doesn`t seem to mind other cats. We are not sure about dogs but with some time, patience and a slow introduction, she may do okay with a passive dog who has lived with cats before.

Story
I’ve had Halo for two years. I adopted her in Connecticut and once I moved back to LA, I brought her with me. Halo is a very independent cat but, affectionate once she trusts you. She will make you fight for her attention and it’ll be worth it. She is a wonderful companion, especially if you live alone. She keeps to herself during the day but once it’s dark outside, that is when she is most active. She loves cuddles when it’s time for bed. She will get in the bed with you (you’ll have to build your bond for this). Halo is also very sweet when she meets new people. It’ll take a second for her to warm up but she is really receptive.
