Story
Please consider sponsoring a cat. For a little as $10 a month you can help us help more animals in need. This is Sweetie. She is a beautiful girl who adores human attention and gets along well with her many kitty roommates. She is more of a loner and would probably enjoy being an only cat. Sweetie enjoys her catio time each day and snuggles in her bed at night. We think Sweetie would love a screened-in porch or at least a window perch where she can lounge in the sun. Sweetie is well loved but her person faces a terminal illness. Sweetie needs a new furrever home where she will be equally loved and receive the attention she craves.  Cyd died 1/26/25 and Sweetie is still waiting to be chosen.  Sweetie's adoption fee is $150. Included in each adoption: age appropriate shots, microchip, and spay/neuter surgery. All kitties are litterbox trained. Prior to meeting or adopting any of our wonderful kitties, we ask that you please fill out our online Cat Adoption Application on our website aaFlorida.org/adopt.  There is a link on the top of the home page. Story
Hi.  I don't have a last name, and my story didn't start in a cozy place - but it's getting better.  Not long ago, I was living on the streets.  I'm one of the lucky ones.  I was rescued and fostered by kind humans that fed me, socialized me and made me feel safe.  Now I'm ready.  I'm ready for a forever home with a loving family.      If you're looking for a companion, a quiet presence, a playful friend, or a soft purr at the end of a long day......  I might be the one you've been waiting for.      Love,   Rudy Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 30, 2026, 12:49 pm

Story
A kitten that hitched a ride in the underside of my car, and turned out to be very sweet and playful. shes nervous at first but quick to warm up to people and other animals, being very playful. She likes to explore, but can be scared easily by new people, needing time to adjust. She is very food motivated, even if half the time she doesnt know what shes asking for. She handles surprisingly well wearing things, but still tries to run away from whatever is on her.
