Story
Unfortunately, Azrael was somewhat dumped on me. I was asked to take him in, and I agreed, but the story I was given was clearly untrue. I have four other cats and he is not happy living in a house with other cats because he is highly territorial. I have been able to integrate him somewhat with my cats, but a fight is brewing - my house is way too small.l to give home a whole room. He is picking on all my other cats which is causing them to pick on each other. In my observations of Z, he is extraordinarily smart. He tries to work door handles, and he has figured out words and facial expressions after nominal repetition. He went from barely being able to stroke his head without being nipped, to me being able to carry him within a few days because he figured out I wasn't going to hurt him. He is very independent and laid back. He does not demand a lot of attention and wants connection. When he was first given to me he wasn't quite sure what toys were, but he sure has it figured out now!
