Story
Hello there, I'm Bella. I found myself at the shelter due to no fault of my own. My longtime owner sadly passed away and I couldn't stay with their family. I might seem a little reserved at first, but once I get to know you, you'll see I'm a faithful friend. I enjoy a peaceful environment where I can relax and observe my surroundings. I'm not one for causing a fuss or being the center of attention. I like to take things slow, but that doesn't mean I don't appreciate a good play session now and then. I'm a cat who appreciates loyalty and consistency. I'd love to find a home where I can be a quiet companion, offering my unwavering loyalty in return. If you're looking for a calm and steadfast friend, I might just be the cat for you.

Story
Jewel was trapped in a TNR project on a homeowner's property. She was so friendly that the homeowner asked for her to be adopted rather than returned to the colony. Her TC Paw foster family says she is just beautiful and fluffy and sweet. She's a little timid, but always gentle, never aggressive or mean. To invite being petted, she'll roll with her belly in the air. Aggressive handling might scare a shy girl like Jewel, but she likes to be brushed, petted, and scratched on her face. She is good around kids and other cats. She hasn't been around dogs in her foster home.  She's a beauty. Story
dob 3/22/23 Please look past Julius's bad haircut and see the gentle, easy-going guy that he is. He was found as a stray in downtown Traverse City and brought to TC Paw. His long fur was so severely matted that he had to be shaved. A bit hesitant at first, he is increasingly social. He loves to be petted and to scratch on his cat tree. Julius has a cute, chirping meow. He's a great guy, and when his coat grows back, he'll look great too.
