Simply drop by and if you find a potential new furry friend, you can fill out an application on the day you visit. Go to townandcountryanimalrescue.org to fill out our digital application. Applications are typically processed in 3-5 business days.  Once you're approved, you can return on the date and time set up by your adoption counselor, with your family for a meet and greet. Story
Henry is a gorgeous, large cat with luxurious long black hair that still shines even after his time on the streets. Since joining our rescue, he’s shown how quickly he can relax and trust, blossoming into a calm, affectionate companion who absolutely loves the comfort of indoor life. Henry adores being pet and brushed—gentle moments that bring out his sweet and loving nature. He dreams of being king of your castle as the only cat in your home, where he can soak up all your attention. Henry is FIV positive, but with regular vet checkups and a safe, indoor environment, he can live a long, happy life. FIV, or Feline Immunodeficiency Virus, only affects cats. It is not contagious to humans or other species of animals. Most FIV-positive cats can live just as long and healthy lives as other cats, especially when they are kept indoors and receive regular veterinary care. FIV doesn’t stop him from being healthy, friendly, and eager for a fresh start. Henry is ready to bring love and loyal companionship to a home that will cherish him as much as he deserves. Could that be with you? Convinced this is the cat for you? Please click “Apply to Adopt” now! This will take you to the Catz Angels CARE website to get the adoption process started. Still deciding? No problem! Click “Ask About Me” and a Catz Angels CARE adoption coordinator will be in touch soon to answer any questions you may have and help you decide if this kitty is the perfect fit for you. If you decide to move forward with the adoption, you will be asked to complete our official application.
