Story
This handsome older boy came to me last Fall. He had obviously been outdoors on his own for awhile. It is amazing what love and good nutrition and warmth can do to help an animal. Clyde also had a dental done and had quite a few teeth pulled. He is feeling much better now. Clyde has been neutered, vaccinated and tested negative for leukemia/FIV. Clyde is co-existing with my other cats and is a sweetheart and not the least bit shy. He is stunning, and his coat is filling in nicely. I adore him, and only the best home will do for him. Clyde is only listed as special needs because he is a senior cat! To meet Clyde, please contact Kathy Deptola Animal Rescue 440 862 0610 kdanimalrescue@gmail.com

Story
Lara is absolutely beautiful. Her pictures really don't do her any justice. She is about 3 years old, and has longer hair. Her coloring is black and white except for on her back there is a tint of brown mixed in. Very unusual and cool. A Good Samaritan noticed Lara living outdoors back in March. Most of male cats in the neighborhood are not neutered so no surprise she brought this person 5 beautiful kittens. All Kittens have gone to rescue, and now it is Lara’s time to find a safe and loving, forever home. With all the unneutered males I wasn't shocked that Lara has tested positive for FIV, and negative for leukemia.. FIV is a cat specific virus. It is spread from one cat to another via a deep bite wound. You cannot catch FIV. Cats can and do live full lifespans with FIV. LARA is a sweetheart and so deserving of a loving indoor home where she will be safe and loved. . She is also dog friendly, spayed and vaccinated. Lara is a bit shy but totally nonconfrontational. To meet Lara, call me Kathy Deptola Animal Rescue 440 862 0610, kdanimalrescue@gmail.com Her adoption fee is $100 and you will receive copies of all her vet records.

Story
Hi, my name is Peanut, I am a 12-year-old little girl. This is my story: my mom had to go into a nursing home, and I got left behind. I have been with my mom for 12 years, just her and I 24/7 no other cats and no dogs, I’ve been the only child all this time and I need to keep it that way. A nice lady has given me a temporary home, but she has other cats and a dog that I do not get along with. I need someone that will give me time to adjust to a new home and let me live out the rest of my life, I love belly rubs and lay on your lap. I like to be up on your shoulder and rest my head. I am still very playful especially when I get my Zumiez on! I'm a very sweet girl. I did have to have some of my hair shaved off because it was so heavily matted right down to the skin, but you can see I am still awful cute & I feel so much better! You can't even tell from my pictures, its only hair, it’ll grow back. I hope you can open up your heart and home and make me yours. Love, Peanut
