Mini poodle mix Leo joined The Rescue Inn about a month ago! This little man is now about 7 months old. Leo had a grade IV heart murmur. We were fortunate that Leo was a surgical candidate and he underwent PDA surgery. He's doing amazing and got a clean bill of health at his check up! Now puppy Leo is ready to graduate to a forever home! He is your typical high energy puppy and weighs about 14 lbs. Story
Rocky is ready to graduate to a forever home! He is a mini poodle weighing about 15 lbs. He was born December 2021. Rocky came to TRI after being used for years of breeding. He's now neutered and is a healthy boy. Rocky is dog friendly. He requires a fenced area for potty breaks because he is not walking on leash at this time. He will need help with learning to walk on leash. Rocky has made strides with potty training and a new owner will need to continue to work on this. We have a lot of new faces here at The Rescue Inn ! This is Neville, a 2-5 year old mini poodle! Neville - formerly Pooh Bear - came to us from our friends at the Holmes County Dog Warden's Department and Adoption Center! They did an amazing job trapping Neville and getting him safe. Neville is about 18 1/2 pounds. He is currently shaved before his fur was too far gone to be groomed after he was running amuck. His fur is a red color when grown out. Neville is looking for a quieter forever home! He is doing really well in foster care with dogs of all ages and sizes. Neville would excel with a canine friend to give confidence and follow as a role model. Neville does great on leash. Neville doesn't mind being held, and he is on the shy side right now. With time and as his bond strengthens with a new family, that may change.
