You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Dixie! *Her adoption fee is $250.00. *She is believed to be a 3 year old Feist mix, but it is impossible for us to know without a DNA test.*TALK ABOUT THE FULL ADVENTURE PACKAGE!!*Dixie is just a sweet, fun-loving girl who is stuffed to the rim with excitement.*She is full of energy and really is looking for an active family that can take her on adventures.*Dixie loves to camp, hike, run/jog, play with other dogs. She would make a great companion on adventure vacations.*She loves playing with her toys and has mastered catching anything mid-air. She is the perfect dog for frisbee and/or agility training.*Dixie knows some simple commands like sit and down.*For all the energy she has, Dixie is also very good at being a lap dog after playtime.*A fenced in yard will be required.*She is very food motivated and eager to please.*Dixie is a champion at counter surfing!! A careful eye will need to be placed on anything left out.*She is potty trained and crate trained, spayed and fully vaccinated.*Dixie is good with other dogs. She is also good with children, but due to her high energy level, she could be a little too much for small children.*The adoption fee helps allow Perfect Paws to provide all animals with current, age appropriate vaccinations which include, DHLPP, Kennel Cough and Rabies (if the pet is at least 13 weeks old), and spay/neuter when necessary. The fee also helps with the cost of deworming; heartworm testing (if the pet is at least 1 year old), heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick prevention for animals cared for through the rescue.
