Story
Hi, My name is Chloe! If I had to describe myself, I’d say I’m sweet, gentle, calm and a little shy, just when I first meet you. I love other animals… dogs, cats and even chickens. I like kids, but probably best with older ones due to my age and small size. I love to take short walks on a leash. I’m a proper little lady who’s house trained, and my foster Mom says I’m a total sweetheart!
My story… My human passed away and no one in the family could take me in. I was well loved & I loved her right back.

If you want to meet a pup in person, Once Upon a Tail Rescue does adoption events at PetSmart in Covington, LA on most Saturdays with 15-20 of our adoptable dogs and puppies there.
Don't forget to complete your application ahead of time, so you don't miss out on the pup you've connected with. If pre-approved, you have first priority and can usually take home your new best friend the same day!
*Please note that there is no obligation to adopt by completing an application.*
**All dogs are required to have complete vet services, including shots, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip, which are included in the Adoption Fee. Some dogs may still require completion of these services due to current age, size, breed and/or health. All vet services must be done at the vet clinic used by Once Upon a Tail Rescue in Mandeville, LA.
