Meet Stark! 🐾 This sweet little guy is a Chihuahua and Jack Russell mix — or at least that’s our best guess! Like many rescues, Stark's exact background is a bit of a mystery, but one thing is certain: he’s full of heart. Stark can be a bit shy when meeting new people, but give him a little time, some gentle cuddles, and a chance to play, and he’ll warm right up. He’s currently living in a foster home with cats and would do just fine with feline companions in his forever home. He’s also open to sharing his space with other small dogs — or he’d be just as happy being your one and only. Playful and affectionate, Stark loves his toys and will trot over when he’s ready for some pets. He walks nicely on a leash and would enjoy joining you for some leisurely strolls. The adoption fee is $1,200 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship!
