Meet SAVVY
Savvy is a gentle soul with a quiet heart. Around a year old and is a cocker/king charles spaniel, pittie mix, with adorable speckled feet that hints of some cattle dog. This sweet girl is learning what it means to feel safe, loved, and part of a family.
Since coming into our care, Savvy has made steady progress. She’s put on healthy weight, her coat is looking amazing, and her body is no longer in survival mode. She’s still very shy and takes time to trust, but every day she grows a little braver.
Savvy is currently in a calm foster home with one other dog. We know that she’d truly thrive with a friendly, confident dog companion to help her build trust and show her how to enjoy all the fun dog things—playing, exploring, and cuddling up on a cozy bed at night.
She’s looking for a patient and loving home that will let her move at her own pace. A quiet environment, gentle encouragement, and a consistent routine will help this beautiful girl continue to blossom.
Savvy may take a little more time to warm up, but once she trusts you, you’ll have the joy of watching a very special dog come out of her shell—and there’s nothing more rewarding than that.
Savvy has completed puppy obedience class and loved the puppy socials! She loves other dogs and people, she's just a little afraid of the world!
