Story
  Meet Penny! Penny is a stunning Mastiff girl who sat in a rural shelter for almost 1 year with no adoption interest. One of the shelter veterinary staff could no longer watch Penny sit alone, deteriorating and decided to take her home as a foster and find rescue for her. We were happy to step in and help. Penny is a 3 to 4 year old mastiff weighing in around 90 pounds. Penny is naturally a big dog who thinks she is a lap dog. She has been descibed as a "people dog" as she wants nothing more than human affection. Penny peacefully lived with 4 other dogs and multiple cats in her foster home. We are still getting to know Penny here at the rescue. In the meantime, be sure to keep your eyes peeled on Instagram (@nwdogproject) for updates!
