Story
**** Please read adoption information carefully!!!**** Katya is a sweet, friendly girl! She is very curious, athletic, affectionate and loving. She loves to be loved on, played with, and encouraged. Katya was rescued from a farm in Tacate. She had been attacked and mauled by a coyote on that farm. A friend of mine took her to the vet for stitches, and then rescued her and brought her to me for treatment and protection. She is fully healed now, and has been spayed and vaccinated. Despite having been attacked by coyotes, she is not fearful of other, larger dogs. She is very playful and would do best in a home with at least one other canine companion. She is very affectionate, but not necessarily a lap dog. When not playing or investigating the yard, she prefers to snuggle and curl up in an open kennel, with some padding. Katya is a well-adjusted puppy who has been hand raised. All of the puppies at the rescue are fed together, and typically choose to share three or four bowls. Katya is used to playing and sleeping with the other dogs on the property. She is well socialized, both with humans and dogs. While I have never seen her interact with a cat, I have no reason to anticipate a problem. ************************************ ADOPTION INFORMATION ************************************ I only adopt LOCALLY; San Diego and immediate vicinity. Story
Meet Damfour!DOB: December 2019Weight: 33 lbsDisposition: Affectionate, Silly, ShyHistory: Rescued from the streets of Thailand by Soi Dog Foundation and brought to TBL to find his forever homeMeet Damfour, affectionately known as Dino by his foster family, a sweet and timid pup who's undergone a remarkable transformation. At first, he resembled a scared dinosaur, but after just a week with his fosters, his silly, sweet, and sassy personality emerged. Now, he loves cuddling up close to his foster mom and their rescue pup Koda, showering them with kisses and affection. He enjoys walks as the caboose, nibbling on meat treats (and recently discovering a love for greenies), and chewing on his stuffed animals. While still spooked by loud noises, Dino's confidence is growing by leaps and bounds. He's house-trained, adorable, and a great fly catcher! At 33 pounds, Damfour is the perfect size for cuddles and adventures. Although he may need some time to warm up to new people, his endearing personality makes him a wonderful companion for the right family. With a bit of patience and socialization, Damfour is sure to thrive in a loving home ready to embrace his quirks and shower him with love.
