Nala is a very sweet girl who is shy at first and takes time to feel safe, but once she does, her affection truly shines.When Nala first arrived, even going outside felt overwhelming—it took months for her to feel comfortable enough to venture outdoors. While outside can still be a little scary for her, she absolutely loves getting out of her kennel and spending quality time indoors with people, where she feels most at ease.Nala was diagnosed with glaucoma and had her eye removed, but don’t let that fool you—she hasn’t let it slow her down at all. She continues to adapt beautifully and enjoys life in her own gentle way.She is dog friendly and people friendly, and would do best in a calm, patient home with no young children and someone who understands that trust takes time.
