Story
Meet Spartacus, a 4-year-old, 108-pound Chocolate Labrador with a heart as big as his paws. This gentle giant arrived at Butte Humane Society with his lifelong best friend, Shadow, after their beloved owner passed away. Their family entrusted us with a promise—to help these two loyal companions find a new home where they will be cherished just as deeply as before. Spartacus is everything you’d hope for in a Lab: loving, loyal, and full of joy. He’s happiest when he’s close to his people, soaking up affection, and enjoying simple moments with his best buddy by his side, Shadow. Shadow and Spartacus do not need to be adopted together but we hope their future will allow for them to remain in contact.
