Story
Carmella is a Flat Coat Retriever girl who just grabs your heart the minute you meet her. At just 8 months, and only 40 pounds, she is already a beautiful girl that is small in stature and sporting a soft coat that is easy to pet. She has those beautiful almond eyes that connect with everyone she meets.  The personality of Flat Coat Retrievers is so like that of the Golden Retrievers.   Gentle, sweet and wonderfully matched for families with children or who want a steady, calm temperament of a dog.  Of course we have to brag and say that Carmella is a super smart girl who is already learning tricks and how to use the doggie door to go outside to do her business. She is easy to walk on a leash and loves,  loves, loves car rides.   She watches when her foster mom gets the car keys out and Carmella lets you know she is ready to go with you on a car ride and ready for a new adventure.  Carmela is in a foster home where there are other dogs and cats and gets along well with everyone. She has one particular friend that they have a ball playing in the backyard. It is beautiful to watch her run like a graceful deer, all the while having fun in the meantime.  We call her charming Carmela because she is such a charming dog.  If you are interested in this girl please write to Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com  She is ready to make your life a happier one as soon as she walks through the door.   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comFebruary 7, 2025, 10:20 pm
