Story
Boyd is an American Foxhound. He is 4 years old and weighs 45 pounds. Boyd has all vaccines, microchipped, neutered, and heartworm negative. His owner was an elderly lady whose husband passed away and she is having to move back to Denmark and Boyd cannot go. Rather than send such a fine animal to a shelter and be at risk of euthanasia due to overcrowding...BMAR decided to help this sweet boy find the proper home. He has been well cared for all his life. He is well adjusted, minds well. Active but not hyper, he is ready for a hike and equally ready for some nap time with his favorite person. Dogs like Boyd don't fare well in kill shelters with all the chaos. Rather than traumatize such a really good boy, we decided to help.
