 This sweet 8-year-old Frenchie is searching for her Christmas miracle…  Fully vetted and so full of love, this precious girl has survived far more than any dog ever should. The shelter told us that when DCFS came to remove children from a home… they found her outside, tied up with no food, no water, and desperately trying to survive by eating electrical cords.    Yet somehow… she still wags her tail. She still leans in for love. She still believes her forever person is out there.   One of her favorite things? Curling up under the Christmas tree as if she’s dreaming of the family she’s never had. She’s mostly housebroken (a few accidents here and there), she follows her person everywhere, and she tries SO hard to be a good girl.   She just needs someone patient and gentle to finally show her what home feels like.  Her Diagnoses: • Intervertebral Disc Disease • Inguinal Hernia (Right) – surgically corrected • Screw Tail • Cognitive Dysfunction Syndrome She’s had the needed surgery and is healing well, but she truly needs a quiet, calm home. She would do best as an only dog, where she can relax, feel safe, and receive all the love she’s missed out on her whole life.  She has a little trouble on hardwood floors, but with some little booties she gets around much better  If you’ve ever wanted to change a life… this is the sweet soul who needs you the most.   Please consider opening your heart and home to her.
