Story
Meet Rico – The Boss of Belly Rubs Say hello to Rico, a sweet English Bulldog with a "made guy" attitude and a face that says, “Fuhgeddaboudit.” Don’t let the name scare you—we’re talking Rico as in Really Irresistible Cuddly Outlaw. This big softie might sound like he’s straight outta a mob movie, but his only crime is stealing hearts and maybe a sandwich or two if you turn your back.Rico walks like he owns the block (and honestly, with that waddle, he just might), but deep down he’s a total marshmallow under that tough-guy mug. He’s sweet, snorty, and always down for a sit-down… especially if it involves snacks. He’s not looking to run a crime family—just a couch and a human or two to snuggle with. He gets along great with other dogs, but make no mistake: he’s the don of the dog bed.So if you’re looking for a loyal companion with a little muscle, a lot of love, and a face like a meatball sub—Rico’s your guy. Come meet him before he makes you an offer you can’t refuse.________________________________________________If you would like to meet one of our adoptables or learn more about them, please submit an application at https://animalrescueneworleans.org/adoptfoster/.**Note: Our shelter is open by scheduled appointment with an approved application.
