Story
Meet Gumball!
Breed: French BulldogGender: FemaleAge: AdultSize: Small/MediumGood with: Adults only, no other dogs
Around the kennel, Gumball is known as "Piggy" because she snorts around the yards living her best life! This adorable French Bulldog has fully embraced her brachycephalic heritage and proudly provides the soundtrack to her adventures with delightful snorts, snuffles, and grunts. It's honestly one of the most endearing things about her—she's like a little pug-nosed jukebox of joy.
Gumball is a retired mama who is just learning herself what it's like to live as a dog, and we think she deserves a family that is devoted entirely to her. She doesn't get along well with other dogs—she's done her time raising puppies and sharing space, and now she wants to be the one and only. She isn't good with kids, so an adult-only home is a must.
What Gumball needs is a confident owner to help guide her through the next chapter of her life. She's spent her years being a mom, and now she needs someone who can show her what it means to just be a beloved companion. She needs structure, patience, and someone who understands that her "I'm done with other dogs" attitude isn't a flaw—it's just her knowing what she wants after years of giving everything to her puppies.
If you're ready to be Gumball's devoted person, give her the solo spotlight she deserves, and help her discover who she is beyond being a mom, she's ready to snort her way into your heart and home!

Disclaimer: The information in this profile reflects observations made while this dog has been in our shelter environment. We strive to describe each dog as accurately as possible; however, behavior and needs may change once the dog is in a new home, routine, or environment. Our dogs are not freeroaming in homes. When we note that a dog is "potty trained," this refers to reliable crate training, not confirmed freeroam house training. Accidents may occur during the transition to a new home, and additional training should be expected. All dogs are examined by our veterinarian, are spayed or neutered if old enough, and are up to date on ageappropriate vaccinations at the time of adoption. We share all known medical information, but we cannot guarantee future health or rule out underlying conditions.
ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.happyfacespetranch.org
Once your application has been approved, a representative will be in touch to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog based on the dog's individual needs.
