Stryker Adoption Bio:
Location: Green Cove Springs, Florida
Requirements:
No Rental Homes
Must have Fenced Yard
Must be the only Pet in the Home
Health:
Stryker is a 5 yr. old Male, long coat, German Shepherd Dog. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, flea, tick, heartworm prevention, and is microchipped.
Rescue & Behavior:
Stryker was found in a park by a Veterinarian she located the owner he stated he did not want him, which leads us to believe he was dumped. I also found the owner's information and he has not returned my calls. I am not able to find out any background information. What I do know, he is a very well bred dog, great personality and low key, temperament. He is highly leash reactive when he is meeting any new dogs but easily corrected by voice commands. He needs to be the only pet in the home because he did engage in an off leash fight with another dog here at the Rescue. We highly recommend him being an only pet.
Stryker knows German commands and has had obedience training. He is crate trained, rides good in the car. Quiet in the home and just wants to be by someone's side. Stryker is a very, loyal and devoted Shepherd in need of his forever home.
