Story
Please meet Demi, listed as a German Pinscher/Australian Kelpie mix that came in on 2/27 as a stray. Demi weighs 27 pounds, is about 10 months old and is spayed. This pretty-in-pink girl isc an lively and active girl, with the sweetest disposition. She is looking for that perfect fit for her forever home. Her wish list is as follows: a couple of comfy doggy beds, daily playtime and exercise, some cool toys, good treats, an inside life, and plenty of TLC and patience while she learns the house rules and some commands. She walks quite nicely on a leash. She is affectionate, social, wants to be on your lap and gives kisses! She was more than happy to allow me to give her loving attention. She showed no interest in the other dogs barking at her yet we do always ask if there is another dog in the home please ask the shelter for a dog test This tail-wagging, playful girl has a sweet puppy disposition. Can you see your way clear to aid her in finding that perfect forever home?

Story
Sloan is ready to find her forever home! Sloan is a 7 1/2 year old, 18 lb, Patterdale Terrier/Dachshund/Corgi/Border Terrier/Beagle mix. She is as sweet as she is adorable. Sloan is an easy-going social girl who gets along with other dogs, but she can she can display some resource guarding over food and her person at times so she will need an owner who is a strong pack leader if there is another dog in the home. She is an affectionate girl, but does prefer women. One of her favorite parts of the day is snuggling up in bed next to her foster mom when it is nighttime, so she needs someone who will allow her to continue sleeping in bed with them. Because she prefers a more low-key environment, she is looking for a home with no children under ten years old. She can be vocal with strange noises, so no apartments please. If you are interesting in adopting Sloan, please apply at www.rescuerowinc.org *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 3 business days. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a home check *Our adoption fees are as follows paid by cash, a check made out to Rescue Row, Venmo: @Rescue-Row or at Zelle: info@rescuerowinc.org Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. Story
Milo is looking for a home with a woman, no children, and if there is a man in the home, he will need to be patient and allow Milo to build trust at his own pace. We make these recommendations because Milo can be protective of his home and the people he loves. Interestingly, once he’s out in public, he’s a completely different dog! He happily turns on the charm for children, men, and just about everyone he meets. Milo is both potty trained and kennel trained. He has excellent house manners and can be trusted to stay out of a kennel when left home alone. He loves to go for walks and at bedtime, his favorite place is snuggled up under the covers with his foster mom. Milo is currently living in a foster home with other dogs. While he enjoys their company, he’s not interested in playing with them. He’s perfectly content to relax nearby and simply coexist. Because of this, Milo would do well as an only dog, or in a home with another calm, laid-back dog that doesn’t expect a playmate. If another dog repeatedly tries to engage him in play, Milo may let them know he’s not interested by lifting his lip or giving a small growl to set boundaries. Milo is a 6 year old, 15 lb Chihuahua mix. If you are interested in adopting Milo, please submit an application at www.rescuerowinc.org *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 2-4 business days. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a homecheck *Our adoption fees are as follows (paid by cash or a check made out to Rescue Row): Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee  Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee  Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex.
