Story
Ruger is an 8 year old good boy that deserves someone who can give him the attention and play time he needs. He is pure bred, papered, and able to breed. His biggest issue is coming inside when play He use to get along with other animals running around and playing at the dog park. He has not been socialized with other animals in a long time besides our female. We are looking to hopefully re-home them both but they do have a resource hoarding issue that we haven’t been able to correct on our own. Ruger loves people and does not understand personal space taking every opportunity to snuggle thinking he is a lap dog. With us having a 6 month old, working, and remodeling our house on our own, I do not have the free time to give the dogs the life they need.

Story
Remi is a 8 year old sweetheart towards me and people overall. She did really well around my nephew who was 7 when she first met him. She didn’t get along well with other dogs at first but in neutral ground seems to be less aggressive. She hasn’t been socialized much because of that. She is intimidating but is all bark and stand offish at first. She definitely has a hunter aspect to her and I wouldn’t let her around cats or other small animals because of this. She is very athletic and runs constantly even in her age. She loves to cuddle and be around her owners. She would benefit from being on her own without other pets. She is mostly obedient and gentle and absolutely loves water. With having our first child, working, and remodeling my home, I do not have the time to give her the attention she deserves. With my child being a 6 month old I’d rather not take a risk. I highly doubt she would hurt my child but better safe than sorry.

Meet Fletcher! His birthday is April 20, 2023. Due to lack of foster homes, he is being fostered outside and will need a little help with learning how to be an indoor doggie. He is fully vetted, including vaccinations, on monthly heartworm and flea/tick prevention, and microchipped. The mother was a full blooded German Shepard and their vet suspects they have some Great Dane in them. A fenced yard is required to adopt Fletcher.
