Story
Zori has been in foster care for 10 months and has blossomed into a friendly, affectionate young adult born November 17th, 2024. She has formed a strong bond with Millie, her foster sister, and enjoys attending daycare. Although her foster mother can now transport her to and from the car without holding her leash, further progress is still being made. Zori's recall is not yet reliable, but training efforts continue. Zori is extremely fond of children and cuddling. She has consistently demonstrated comfort around kids, including the foster family's busy boys, and has even participated in dog piles. Her food-driven nature makes training with treats an effective approach. Zori's primary desire is to be with her people, and she enjoys car rides, cuddling on the couch, and sleeping at the foot of her foster parents' bed. Zori has not had accidents in the house for some time and will communicate her needs by pestering and whining. While she has affection for her foster father, she remains cautious around him at times. However, she is entirely comfortable around Ayden, the 14-year-old son & Myles, the 9-year-old son. Zori is an ideal family dog, being active, enjoying camping, and eager to participate in all aspects of family life.

Story
Viola is a tenderhearted, glow-up girl whose journey from shy and shut down to playful and full of life has been nothing short of beautiful. When she first arrived, she preferred long naps and quiet observation, but as she’s grown comfortable, her sweet, silly, and deeply lovable personality has begun to shine. Now she delights in showing off her goofy side, surprising everyone with her bursts of energy and joyful spirit. Watching Viola discover how good life can be has truly been an honour, and she’s only just getting started. Viola is fully house trained and can be trusted loose in the home, where she settles in comfortably and enjoys being part of the family. She’s still working on her kennel training and her leash skills, but she’s putting in the effort and making steady progress every day. Viola does well with other dogs and kids, but she is looking for a cat-free home where she can feel safe and supported. With patience, encouragement, and love, she continues to grow more confident and show the world who she really is. Viola’s transformation has revealed a dog who is not only resilient but also incredibly affectionate and full of joy. She forms deep bonds with her people and will reward her future family with endless love, laughs, and loyal companionship. Ready to watch this beautiful bloom continue?
