Story
Ranger is a sweet and goofy 10-year-old shepherd mix who will steal your heart with his big smile and love for walks. He’s happiest when exploring the outdoors or spending time with his favorite humans. Ranger prefers to be the only dog in the home so he’s looking for a space where he can shine solo. He has no known history with cats, and we think he would do well with calm, older children who respect his space. This brave boy came to us with severe skin and ear infections, and he had lost much of his fur. Thanks to lots of care, his coat is growing back beautifully! Ranger is currently foster-to-adopt because he still needs medications and vet visits, but he’s making amazing progress and deserves a loving forever home. If you’re ready to give a resilient, affectionate pup the second chance he deserves, Ranger is waiting for you!

Story
Zeek is a 5‑year‑old black German Shepherd with a big heart—and an even bigger personality! He’s headstrong but incredibly sweet, and he absolutely loves being showered with pets and attention. Zeek dreams of a comfy couch or a cozy bed to call his own, where he can relax and enjoy life with his forever family. Zeek is currently experiencing some discomfort due to his weight and has shown some mouthy behavior when uncomfortable. Because of this, he’ll do best in an adult only home where he has plenty of space and a securely fenced yard to move around comfortably and feel safe. Despite being very overweight right now, Zeek still enjoys his walks and will happily join you for some outdoor time. With the right care, exercise, and lots of love, he’ll not only shed those extra pounds but could even become an amazing running buddy in the future! Zeek needs someone committed to helping him on his weight‑loss journey and understanding of the space he needs to feel comfortable. If you’re ready to give Zeek the home (and the TLC) he deserves, come meet this lovable guy today!

Story
Lilly is a beautiful 1‑year‑old black Shepherd with a small splash of white on her chest and a heart full of potential. She’s currently a bit insecure, but with structure, consistency, and someone who understands Shepherds, Lilly truly blossoms into an incredibly loyal and devoted companion. Lilly is highly toy‑motivated (even more than food!) and is happiest chasing toys or learning new games. She’s smart, eager, and quick to pick up anything you’re willing to teach her—making training a fun and rewarding experience for both of you. She would likely do well with another dog, but is not a good candidate for a home with another female Shepherd. Proper introductions and continued guidance will be key to her success. Because she’s still young and impulsive, Lilly would do best with dog‑savvy kids and cats who can respect her boundaries. With clear correction and gentle guidance, she learns quickly and wants to do the right thing. Lilly is looking for a patient, confident home that can offer leadership, play, and understanding. In return, she’ll grow into an amazing, loyal partner who’s always ready for her next game—and your heart.

Story
Aria, Bastian and Bailey are 12.5-week-old (est DOB 10/29/25) , beautiful shep mixes pups that were born in a drainage pipe in Texas. Thanks to some good Samaritans, these babies were able to safely be retrieved. Unfortunately, a wrecker yard owner nearby claimed mom and refused to let us help her too, but they did agree to let us take the puppies. The laws of Texas are unfair on animals. The mom appeared to be a sheepdog mix; dad is the milkman. We believe they will stay under 60 lbs once fully grown as their paws are not super big. We do not know if there were more puppies or what happened to them. The 3 pups that the good Samaritans were able to find, have been to the vet and are quite healthy! Aria -Female – Brindle/Black – 14 lbs as of 1/31/26 Bailey – Female – Brown/Black – 14.5 lbs as of 1/31/26 Bastian – Male – Black/Brindle – 19 lbs as of 1/31/26 These pups are fun, full of life and looking for their future adventure partners. They absolutely love their toys! They would love a whole toy basket of their own. They LOVE other dogs and are very sociable. They have the best personalities and are all around love bugs. They would make ideal dogs to go to dog parks, doggy daycare and just be around all sorts of dogs with no issues! Once they’re done playing, they love to cuddle. Working on house training and will master it with time. They are VERY smart dogs, be careful! They’ll outwit the best. These furbabies are quite active and would do best in a more active home. They would be WONDERFUL with children. SUPER Playful Gentle Very Happy Loves everyone and everything Curious Smart Affectionate Adventurous If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, friendly, gentle, super playful, adventure buddy, please consider adopting one of these babies. These 3 pups are FIXED (spayed/neutered), current on bordatella, have 3 sets of parvo/distemper vaccinations, current on the annual rabies vaccine, current on flea/tick and heart worm prevention, dewormed, microchipped, negative fecal, will have a clean bill of health from the veterinarian prior to adoption and includes transport cost from Texas to the East Coast. To apply to adopt you can go to our website at: www.pawsitive-Impact-animal-rescue.org This animal is currently located in Texas, but we do NOT adopt animals out in Texas due to the hundreds of animals being euthanized here daily. German Shepherd Dog Belgian Malinois

Male, Young
White River Junction, VT
Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)

House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Tennessee is the embodiment of your ideal furry companion. A striking blend of Belgian Malinois and German Shepherd, he's just 2 years old and bursting with energy. Tennessee thrives in a dynamic environment, making him the perfect fit for an active household. Despite his boundless energy, he possesses a gentle nature and remarkable intelligence. If you're seeking a trainable partner, Tennessee is your perfect match. Beyond his exuberance, he knows how to appreciate moments of stillness and enjoys cuddling up with his favorite humans. His luscious black sable fur requires regular brushing to maintain its health and stunning appearance. Tennessee is well-versed in basic commands, walks gracefully on a leash, and has excellent recall and boundaries. While he's tolerant of other dogs, his lack of exposure during his formative years means he's still learning proper pack manners. He's not one to bark unnecessarily, reserving his vocalizations for when something seems amiss. Tennessee is kennel trained, although he's not shy about expressing his dissatisfaction with confinement. Nevertheless, he can be trusted to behave responsibly when left alone at home. Plus, he's up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, neutered, and fully housebroken, making him the paw-fect addition to your family.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 2, 2026, 12:13 am
