Story
Chase is a 1.5 yr old German Short Haired Pointer. Chase loves to play and needs plenty of exercise. He loves to cuddle and loves children. He plays well with other dogs. He needs a lot of attention and is a great companion. Due to my new busy work schedule, I no longer have the time to give he the attention he deserves.

He and his foster siblings arrived from Lake Martin Animal Shelter, and since then, he has loved every moment of playing outside and hanging out with his furry friends. Story
Meet Inky – Our Goofy, Lovable Gentle Giant! 🖤 Inky is a 4.5-year-old, 76-pound lovable pup who has been patiently waiting over a year for his forever family — and we honestly can’t understand why. He’s one of our most adored dogs and a true favorite among volunteers and staff thanks to his goofy charm and endlessly lovable personality. Inky loves everyone he meets and thrives on being around people. He’s a strong boy who enjoys heading out on fun outdoor adventures (especially his famous lizard-hunting excursions), but what matters most to him is simply being included with his humans. He’s happiest when he’s near his people, soaking up attention and showing off his tricks in exchange for treats — with pup cups being his absolute favorite reward. He is house trained, crate trained, neutered, and up to date on all his vaccinations. Inky would do best in a home with a fenced-in yard where he can safely explore, or with an active family who enjoys long walks and outdoor time. He is friendly with other dogs but prefers female companions — his current best friend is Luna, our longest resident. After more than a year in rescue, Inky is more than ready for his second chance. Sweet, loyal, and full of love, he’s just waiting for the family who will finally give him the forever home he deserves. Adoption Fee: $295 Please Note: All potential adopters must be open to a home check and provide vet records to confirm that any dogs in the household are spayed/neutered and current on vaccinations. Story
Recently welcoming a new baby into our family, we’ve realized that Denver is no longer the right fit for our home and deserves an environment where he can truly thrive.Denver is an incredibly loyal, intelligent, independent and loving dog. He is high-energy, playful, and happiest when he has space to run and a job to do. He has been trained as an l (ESA) and knows several commands including “come,” “sit,” “lay down,” and “shake.” He is also excellent on a leash trained to walk right beside you, matching your pace by stopping, starting, and speeding up alongside you.He is extremely clever, protective, and deeply bonded to his people. That said, Denver does have fear aggression, so we want to be fully transparent in finding him the right home. Because of this, we believe he would do best with an experienced owner in a calm environment ideally a farm large property or a home with a big backyard where he has room to decompress and exercise regularly
