We are looking to rehome our dog. We just had our second baby and struggling to manage a toddler and newborn with 2 dogs His name is Leo and he’s about 6 years old. We originally rescued him from the humane society. He’s great with kids, loves water/swimming, sunbathing and loves to cuddle! Needs to be in a single dog home. We’ve boarded him at pet Paradise multiple times and does great with other dogs. We have a cat but would need time to acclimate safely to a new home with cats.

Meet Halbert! This is a sweet, silly boy who knows how to have the best of both worlds when it comes to relaxing and playtime. 90% of the time, Halbert is content to hang out, get love and affection, or simply settle at your feet with a good bone. The other 10% is reserved for his 5-minute zoomy bursts in the yard! Halbert has been in a foster home and done well- he is potty trained, crate trained, and knows how to walk calmly on leash! He loves his soft beds and blankets and knows that they are not for playing with or chewing on. Halbert loves to meet new people and is good with other dogs- he also has potential to go to a cat friendly home if introduced properly! As if he doesn't already sound perfect, this smart boy also loves to work and as a good bit of training under his belt. Halbert's main struggle is with getting a bit overstimulated at times, and things such as loud, sudden noises can startle him (same, buddy!). With some patience and a willingness to help him work through those feelings, he is guaranteed to be a loyal and lifelong friend!
