REPORTED BY FOSTER: Braun was with them for a week. He is crate trained and house trained and knows the sit, and stay commands. The reported that he appears to have some separation anxiety, when they left the house, but settled down within a few minutes. He can get jumpy when he gets excited, but takes gentle corrections well. Braun is very sweet and loves people. He did very well with their female cattle dog. OBSERVED BY SHELTER STAFF: Braun is treat-motivated and is gentle when taking them from your hand. He’s energetic and playful and enjoys playing with toys, especially when it comes to chasing balls! Story
BOOMER IS A VERY LOVING DOG. HE HAS BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH SEPERATION ANXIETY AND IS CURRENTLY TAKING MEDICATION FOR IT. HE HATES BEING ALONE AND UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE GONE ALL DAY AND MOST EVENINGS FOR KIDS' SPORTS. WE ARE ALSO MOVING TO A HOME WITHOUT A FENCED YARD. HE DOES WONDERFUL ON THE DAYS THAT WE ARE HOME WITH HIM, BUT WHEN HE IS LEFT ALONE FOR EXTENED TIME, HE SHAKES AND WILL PEE. HE NEEDS A HOME WHERE IS HE CAN BE WITH EITHER ANOTHER LARGE DOG OR HAVE SOMEONE WITH HIM THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME.
