Beautiful Helga is a 7-year-old Pomeranian. She has extremely soft fur, that was very matted upon arrival to animal control. Once shaved down, we could see her, ahem, curves. Helga weighed in at a hefty 21-pounds, but she should be closer to 15-pounds. Her foster pawrents are working with her diet and taking her on short walks. Helga could barely breathe when she first arrived. Now, she has calmed down, learned to relax, and is building up stamina for exercise. She's fabulous with her canine foster siblings, and loves to snooze on a comfy dog bed. She walks nicely on the leash, travels well in the car, can be crated but doesn't need to be, and she's an absolute gem. Her lush fur will grow back, and her svelte figure will show itself in no time. All she needs is a forever home to love her and spoil her with everything but food. Ha! Think she is the angel for you? Your current pets must be up-to-date on core vaccines, spayed/neutered, and on heart worm prevention year round. You must be at least 21-years-old to adopt.
