Story
Finn is a spunky senior dog in very good health. He loves going outside and taking long walks as much as he can. He also loves his chew toys but does not chew other items around the house. He is house-trained. He gets cuddly towards the evenings but otherwise spends a good chunk of the day napping on his own. I have had him for 3 years now but am needing to rehome him due to both an upcoming move and also recently finding that he does not tolerate infants well. His ideal home would be a house where his owners have a fairly predictable schedule and without any infants or hyperactive dogs. He is not aggressive/reactive but gets very barky when stressed. He does fine with cats and calmer dogs.

These pups are in McKinney, Texas too!

Story
We're looking for a special new family who will love Polar as much as his owner did. He is 75% Pomeranian and 25% Husky.  Polar was born 5/14/2019 and weighs 11 lbs. He is house and crate trained and knows basic commands. Polar loves going for walks and expects his forever home to have a plethora of tennis balls to play fetch!  He likes being with his people, but he's not super-clingy.  He does great with respectful kids and other dogs.  He would be fine with cats.   He's neutered, microchipped, current on vaccines and heartworm negative. His adoption fee is $275.   Adoption Application - Legacy Humane SocietyWe do not have a facility to house the dogs in our program. They are all kept in foster homes until they are adopted. Therefore, if you are interested in adopting from LHS, please complete an online application at http://legacyhumanesociety.org/adoptfoster/adoption-application/ and we will contact you asap about the status of your application.
