Meet Bayne! 🐾Bayne is a big-hearted, affectionate boy who's ready to find his next loving home. This 6-year-old Shepherd mix has lived the good life in a caring family and has clearly been very loved (and a little spoiled-and he wouldn't have it any other way!).He's an incredibly social guy who truly enjoys the company of people and is always happy to make new friends. Bayne has a sweet, gentle nature and is happiest when he's spending time with his humans-whether that's heading out for a stroll or just hanging out together. He also gets along well with other dogs and would likely enjoy having a canine companion.Because he's so attached to his people, Bayne does experience some separation anxiety and will need a home that can support him with patience, routine, and understanding as he adjusts. He would do best in a home where he isn't left alone for long periods, or with someone willing to continue working on building his confidence when apart.Bayne has been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and will need ongoing, lifelong medication to keep him feeling his best. Hypothyroidism is a common condition in dogs where the body doesn't produce enough thyroid hormone, and it's typically well-managed with daily medication.
