Story
Muck, aka Mucky Duck, was adopted from a shelter in Martinsville, VA. He is a very sweet and gentle boy that loves to cuddle and show lots of love, go on walks, play fetch with squeaky tennis balls, flop around in water filled kiddy pools, and bring lots of laughs and joy during play time. He does not do well with cats. I recommend to not bring him into a home with small children, not because he is mean but, because he does not realize his size and can be a tad too rough with small children. He is still working on earning his potty trained badge but has made a ton of progress and is along there! Muck is a very good boy that's still searching for his forever home. He has a ton of love to give!

Story
Benny was originally born into the rescue in November of 2019 to two GWP mixes, Jack and Diane. Benny was adopted with his brother, Bo, and recently returned due to the owner moving. Benny is a very sweet boy. One of his littermates was recently DNA tested. He is 50% German Wirehaired Pointer, 38% American Pit Bull Terrier, and 12% supermutt. Benny lives in a foster home with another male dog his size. Benny is 45 lbs and 6 years old. He loves kids! Benny is a sensitive soul who bonds quickly to his humans. He would be great in a home by himself or with another playful dog, but needs a home without cats or small dogs. He would love to be your adventure buddy! Benny is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, on HW prevention, and will come with a Seresto collar.

Story
Griffin is a Courtesy Listing and is not housed at the Animal Shelter. Please note that the City of Bloomington Animal Care & Control accepts no responsibility for this pet. Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian.Griffin is an 55 pound 7 year old mixed breed but mostly Llweellin setter (see attached photos). We rescued him from a shelter in Iowa when he was 2 and have had him ever since. He is a great dog and we would love to keep him but the poor baby is just too allergic. Since he is older he doesn’t have any behavioral issues and knows how to be around a family. He is great with kids of all ages, particularly loves to play tug but he adjusts his power to the kid. He loves other dogs and would prefer a buddy but he has been an only dog in our family and been fine. He has been around cats he was interested in them as most dogs are but he eventually got used to them and left them alone. He is very sweet and affectionate boy who loves to snuggle up while watching movies. He loves to play, tug is his favorite but will fetch a bit. He up to date on all his shots and can send medical record if needed and no current medical issues. He does have some allergies in the fall when it gets dry but Benadryl clears it right up. He has eaten sticks when we play so he has had a couple times he got a piece stuck in his stomach but puked it up eventually. We can keep him at our place until a place is found for him but we do have a trip coming up from May 24- June 6 that we would need a place for him to be. He knows lots of tricks both verbally and through hand signals, I can give a list with the signal if that would help.If you would like to inquire into adopting this pet, PLEASE CALL 719-373-3635***Please contact the owner directly***
