Older, wiser, and more laid-back than his friend Wally, Stanley is looking for a home that can provide him with the space, structure, and understanding he needs to feel comfortable and secure.Stanley would do best on a rural property where he has plenty of room to explore and enjoy the outdoors. He is not well suited to apartment living or busy residential neighborhoods, as frequent encounters with strangers and unfamiliar dogs can be stressful for him.While Stanley is not particularly fond of other dogs, he has formed a special bond with Wally and is happiest in his company. Wally is the one dog Stanley truly enjoys spending time with, and together they help each other navigate new situations with greater confidence.Stanley can be unsure in unfamiliar environments and may take some time to adjust to change. He appreciates a patient owner who will allow him to settle in at his own pace and provide him with a predictable routine.Due to his high prey drive, Stanley would do best in a home without small animals. We also recommend a home with children aged 10 and up who can understand and respect his space.Stanley is a loyal, intelligent boy looking for a family that will appreciate his calm nature and give him the stable environment he needs to thrive. With patience and understanding, he will make a devoted companion for years to come.
