Meet Balu 🖤 Balu is a 3-year-old schnauzer with a gentle heart and a quiet, loving personality. He’s had a tough change in his life after being surrendered due to financial circumstances, but he’s handling it the best he can — and now he’s ready to find a forever home where he can feel safe and loved again. Balu can be a little shy when meeting new people and may bark at strangers at first, but he settles once he realizes everything is okay. Give him a little time and patience and you’ll see his true self start to shine. Once he feels comfortable, he leans into affection and loves to snuggle up with his people. He’s kennel trained and potty trained, making him an easy addition to a home. Balu is dog friendly and can live with cats with slow, thoughtful introductions. He’s also lived with kids before and done well. Like many schnauzers, Balu is a very good little dog — protective, playful, and incredibly affectionate with his people. He bonds closely and will happily be your loyal sidekick.
