Meet Isabella, a 9-year-old schnauzer mix weighing around 18 pounds. She’s a wonderfully sweet and polite little dog who settled into home life right away. Isabella is both house-trained and crate-trained, sleeping quietly in her crate overnight and when left alone. She has lovely manners—she won’t jump on furniture or enter a room without being invited, making her an easy and respectful companion. Isabella enjoys attention but has a calm, relaxed nature. She’s perfectly happy to nap beside you on the couch while you work or watch TV, content just being close to her person. She eats her meals eagerly and is food-motivated, which should make any continued training smooth and rewarding. On walks, Isabella can get a bit overly excited when meeting new dogs and is currently working on her leash manners. With a little time and proper introductions, she settles and is able to coexist peacefully. She’s a gentle, easygoing companion who will thrive with someone willing to continue building her routine.
