Story
We were saved from a rural shelter, and now we’re living our best lives! We’re a group of happy, playful boys who LOVE to wrestle with each other. Tackling, pouncing, rolling—you name it, we’re doing it! That’s how we got our names… after pro wrestlers! You might catch us leaping off the bed onto a brother while another one cheers us on from the sidelines—it’s all part of the fun! We keep the matches going with zoomies around the yard, practicing our best moves and showing off our goofy personalities. We also love toys—especially the crinkly ones… those don’t stand a chance once we pounce! We’re curious, adventurous, and always ready to explore something new, but we still love being close to our people. After all the action, we’re ready to wind down with snuggles, kisses, and cuddles. We’re the perfect mix of wild little wrestlers and sweet, loving boys just looking for our forever families. Local adoption fee is $250(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

IF YOU ARE VIEWING THIS LISTING ON PETFINDER OR ADOPT-A-PET, please visit www.caninesandkittiesrescue.org to access adoption requirements, more information and pictures. Meet Esme! Esme is 15 weeks old (born on 2/16/26). She weighs about 15 lbs currently. We guess Esme is a Schnauzer/Terrier Mix, but this is JUST A GUESS. Lexi is her mom and is about 20 lbs. We have included her pic. We have no idea on the Dad. Esme is a sweet and playful girl. She is full of puppy energy! She can be shy when first meeting new dogs, but she warms up quickly. Esme loves dogs and enjoys playing with the other dogs in her foster home. She loves toys and getting the zoomies. She has a lot of energy to burn, but then she is happy to curl up in your lap for some cuddle time. Esme requires an adopter who is home a good portion of the day to continue training—no exceptions. NOTE: The adopter is the one who needs to be at home a good portion of the day. This puppy is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped and will need to be spayed/neutered at 6 months of age. The Adoption Fee for this puppy $400.00 plus a $100.00 spay/neuter refundable deposit. ***Please note, this pup's immune system will not be fully functioning until about 16 weeks of age and therefore, s/he is not suited for Apartment/Condo living or Town homes without a private fenced yard and will not be able to go to public places where s/he could possibly be exposed to the germs of unvaccinated dogs, such as PetSmart/PetCo and dog parks until s/he is 16 weeks old*** ***You must be at least 25 years of age to adopt from CKRescue*** The adoption fee for this dog is $400, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. This fee DOES NOT INCLUDE spay/neuter if the pup is not already spayed/neutered. If the animal you are adopting is not already spayed/neutered, you will be required to sign a contract legally obligating you to have the animal altered. A $100.00 fee will be returned to the adopter once the animal has been sterilized. We will provide information on this process during the approval process. ***Note that puppy adoption fees most often help generate revenue that goes towards older, special needs animals that need our help. Surgeries, heartworm treatment, boarding costs and/or all things that often result in adoptable dogs and cats being left behind to be euthanized. So, adopting a puppy saves not just one life, but many! ***Please note that our first step in approving adoption applicants is to complete a vet check. Vetting of current and past pets is very important to us, thus we will be speaking with the vet(s) listed on your application to ensure that your current and previous pet(s) are kept up to date on vaccines (including rabies), spayed or neutered, maintained on appropriate monthly preventatives and examined annually by your vet.*** Our organization cannot guarantee the exact breed of any animal in our care. The breed listed is based on any background we may have been provided, and/or the general appearance of the animal. **Please visit www.caninesandkittiesrescue.org to complete our non-binding application.**
