Despite his endearing charm and striking appearance, he was somehow overlooked for adoption, leading him to grow from a curious pup into a lovable adult.Dusty is a beautiful blend of Shepherd and Husky traits, resulting in a unique and captivating personality. Despite his transition into adulthood, he maintains the playful exuberance and innocent curiosity of a puppy. Standing tall and proud, Dusty's large frame belies his gentle nature and affectionate disposition.Known for his gentle and sweet demeanor, Dusty is a true gentle giant. Despite his impressive size, he is incredibly gentle and patient, especially when interacting with other dogs. Dusty's playful spirit make him an ideal companion for outdoor adventures and active play. Whether it's chasing after a frisbee in the park or exploring the great outdoors on long hikes, he eagerly embraces any opportunity for physical activity and exploration. Despite his size, Dusty moves with grace and agility, effortlessly navigating his surroundings with enthusiasm.Dusty adores snuggling up on the couch with his human companions, relishing in moments of quiet affection and warmth. He has a particular fondness for stuffed toys, happily engaging in playful antics and spirited games of tug-of-war. Hocus ( Sansa) is a Husky/Shepherd Mix who was adopted four years ago and recently returned for no fault of her own. She is, understandably, a little shy and trying to adjust to being back at the shelter. Generally, she does well with dogs, adults, and children, but likely needs a cat-free home. Once she warms up, she is a sweet and playful girl. She is house-trained and would enjoy a fenced-yard where she can get the exercise she needs. She weighs 65 pounds and her estimated date of birth is 10/1/19. ise. She isHSPC's adoption fee is currently reduced from $100 to $75 unless stated otherwise within the pet's description. Every pet that is available for adoption has been spayed/neutered, microchipped, wormed and is up-to-date on vaccinations including heartworm preventative (canines). Adopters are required to schedule a wellness exam with their veterinarian at their cost within 7 days of adoption. We are currently closed to the public and we will only respond to inquiries accompanying an application submitted through warmhearts.org/adopt.

Henna is a very loving and curious 9lb Husky/Shepard mix. Henna was brought in along with her siblings as strays. She is currently small but growing everyday and would be great for someone looking for small puppies. She has a very unique coat and ears that are pointed. She was born 2/20/24 and has been with us since 4/17/24.HSPC's adoption fee is currently reduced from $100 to $75 unless stated otherwise within the pet's description.
