The majestic white husky with ice blue eyes Looking for an experienced husky family His name should probably be Houdini because he is quite the escape artistWould do best in a fenced in yard with a 6ft privacy fence Needs an active family for all of his husky energyThe softest white fur and does amazing in his crate. Never tries to break free and is very content in there while you’re gone!When he’s anxious he likes to sit between your legs and get petsHe does not over eat so you can fill his dish in the morning and he will be self sufficient with his food and water for the dayHe loves to swim in lakes and ponds but not so much the swimming poolEnjoys car rides and he has a lot to say! He’s pretty funny to have a “conversation” with!He enjoys his walks and does best with 2-3 walks a day but might need less walks if he has a big fenced yard to run in!Great with other people of all ages. Has previously been in a home with other dogs but has not been dog tested since then.

Meet Nala!Nala is a 7-year-old Husky who was surrendered to the shelter on 7/22/24 due to escaping.- She is more interested in the dogs in neighboring yards but will check in before venturing back out.- Nala is fully potty trained.- She is a vocal player- Knows how to sit. She will sit for a toy, but not a treat.- She likes finding a treat in the yards and hide it.- Nala requires a dog interaction as she has lived with another Husky. There were two small dogs, but the shelter is not sure if they ever came in contact.If you’re looking for an independent and playful companion, Nala could be the perfect match for you.
