Story
MBR holds monthly adoption events on the 2nd Saturday of every month at Tractor Supply in Columbia Station, 24100 Royalton Road from 11 am - 2 pm. Questions can be emailed to rescue@mbrohio.com If you’re looking for a new best friend, look no further! Joey is a 3-month-old puppy looking for his forever family. Currently weighing in at just under 10lbs, Joey is expected to be medium in size when fully grown. This little cutie had a DNA test and it was determined that he is a mix of Golden Retriever (34%), Poodle (19%), Staffordshire Terrier (23%), and Pitbull Terrier (21%). Joey is a young pup with a heart full of love. This loyal boy stays glued to his person in the most heart-melting way. He’s not an adventurous wanderer—he’d much rather stay close, cuddle up, and follow your every move like your tiniest, furriest shadow. Whether you're folding laundry or watching Netflix, Joey’s the kind of pup who’s happiest right by your side. Joey loves to play with other dogs, chase the kids around the yard, and then crash into a puppy pile of snuggles. His playful energy is balanced by his soft, loyal nature. Joey is still a baby, so he’ll need a family committed to continuing his training and helping him grow into the amazing dog he’s destined to be. This sweet, snuggly little guy is still learning the ropes of puppyhood like potty training, remembering that people aren’t chew toys, and perfecting his “sit". What Joey lacks in experience, he more than makes up for in pure affection. If you're looking for a cuddle buddy with a playful spirit, Joey is ready to be your forever shadow. Fill out an application to meet Joey ASAP! If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, the first thing to do is submit an application for approval. All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the rescue location as it is a privately run boarding, training & grooming facility. Individual meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters. Age: 3 Months Adoption fee: $500

Story
MBR holds monthly adoption events on the 2nd Saturday of every month at Tractor Supply in Columbia Station, 24100 Royalton Road from 11 am - 2 pm. Questions can be emailed to rescue@mbrohio.com Meet Phoebe, a sweet and fearless little puppy with a big personality! Currently weighing in at just over 10lbs, Phoebe is expected to be medium in size when fully grown. Phoebe’s sibling had a DNA test and it has been determined that they are a mix of Golden Retriever (34%), Poodle (19%), Staffordshire Terrier (23%), and Pit Bull Terrier (21%). Phoebe is full of life and adventure. At just 3-months-old, Phoebe is teething, so Nylabones are one of her absolute favorite things. Phoebe also loves tennis balls and will chase them down with excitement! Phoebe is still learning what is acceptable to consider a toy and has a hilarious habit of stealing shoes that are bigger than she is. Phoebe loves being held. She is a total cuddle bug who thrives on attention and affection. At such a young age, Phoebe is already showing some serious FOMO (fear of missing out). Even when she’s being held, she’s checking out what’s going on around her and can’t wait to join in on the fun! As Phoebe grows more confident, she’s starting to play with bigger dogs, and it’s absolutely adorable to watch! She’s already seeking them out for playtime, showing that she’s not afraid of anything. At times, Phoebe likes to assert her dominance over the resident dogs in her foster home. Fearless and curious, Phoebe is still learning how to interact with the pack and although she can bossy, she seems to be taking their corrections well. While Phoebe is still in the process of potty training, she’s proven to be incredibly well-behaved in her crate. After an initial rough patch, she’s adjusted beautifully, and we have no doubt she’ll continue to develop good manners as she grows. Phoebe is still a puppy and will need a patient family to help her continue to learn things like basic commands, how to walk on a leash, and potty training. This sweet girl is well on her way to being the perfect little companion for anyone lucky enough to have her! Phoebe’s combination of playfulness, curiosity, and snuggly nature will surely steal your heart. If you’re looking for a loving, adventurous pup who’s as sweet as she is fearless, Phoebe is the one for you! Story
MBR holds monthly adoption events on the 2nd Saturday of every month at Tractor Supply in Columbia Station, 24100 Royalton Road from 11 am - 2 pm. Questions can be emailed to rescue@mbrohio.com When you need a friend, Chandler will be there for you! This adorable little cuddle bug is ready and waiting for his furever home! Approximately 3 months old and around 15 lbs, Chandler is expected to be medium in size when fully grown. This little cutie had a DNA test and it was determined that he is a mix of Golden Retriever (34%), Poodle (19%), Staffordshire Terrier (23%), and Pit Bull terrier (21%). Chandler is currently in a foster home with a resident dog and cats, and he loves to play with all of them. He is the friendliest little pup and just wants to hang out with everyone. Chandler is working hard on learning what it takes to be a big boy, including only going potty outside, keeping his crate clean, and all the other basic manners a young dog needs to learn. When not playing with soft toys, chewing on a Nylabone, or having fun chasing and wrestling with the other animals in the house, Chandler’s favorite spot is sleeping curled up on his foster mom’s chest or buried into her neck. He will peacefully snooze there for hours! If you’re looking for a warm nap partner, who will also make you laugh watching him roll around and pounce on toys, look no further than Chandler! He’s a smart little boy who would be a great family dog! Put in the time to properly train him and he will be a lifelong companion who will steal your heart and be your furever friend. Fill out an application to meet Chandler ASAP! If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, the first thing to do is submit an application for approval. All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the rescue location as it is a privately run boarding, training & grooming facility.
