Story
Kane is a 6 month old Golden Retriever mix. Kane is gentle and very obidient. He spends most of his days outside with his brother in their own little oasis with plenty of space to run and play. Kane will be your shadow if you let him. He knows not to jump so when he is asking for pets he will sit pretty right at yor feet and give those literal puppy eyes. Irresistibly precious. He aims to please. Kane is crate trained and although I don't claim him to be fully housebroken, we never have an issue. He roams his areas and lounges in the kitchen waiting for a treat. Kane is very chill. Give him a bone and a bed and he is happy. Sort of a simple guy. He knows a few commands like sit, stay, off, and waits for his command before eating. His recall is good and he heals really well. He hates the leash but we're working on it. Kane is not much of a barker but he will if he feels he needs to protect even though he'd pee himself if confronted with any real danger. Facts are facts. Kane is a sensitive, simple pup, who just wants to be loved.

Story
Meet Jonah! This handsome boy came to us in September 2020 and has always been a sweet companion. He's lived happily with a young child, a poodle, and a Golden Retriever. Unfortunately, we're relocating to a place where pets aren't allowed, so we're searching for the perfect forever home for Jonah. A few things to know: Jonah enjoys a mix of home-cooked food and kibble. He's not fully house-trained, as he's always had access to a large yard. He also needs some work on leash manners, as he tends to pull and can be reactive to other dogs. Additionally, he doesn't always do well with strangers, so slow introductions are best. Due to our living situation in recent years, he hasn't had as much playtime as he deserves. However, he's great with our 5-year-old and has a lot of love to give. If you're willing to work with him on training and provide him with a loving environment, Jonah could be the perfect addition to your family

Story
Please reach out to 909-312-1208 or 760-987-0415 for more information. If not adopted soon, she will need to be turned into shelter. Peaches has been a part of our family for about a year and a half after we adopted her from a shelter. She’s been wonderful with our four children and has a naturally gentle, affectionate temperament. However, she can be timid—particularly around unfamiliar men—and needs some time and patience to feel safe and comfortable. She would thrive in a home with a large backyard to explore—extra points if you have a pool, because she loves the water! She’s smart, eager to learn, and already knows basic commands. Most of all, she’s incredibly sweet and loving once she feels secure. As much as we love her, our busy schedules and small living space make it hard to give her the freedom and attention she truly deserves.

Story
Prancer is 4 years young, 81 lbs. Yellow Labrador Retriever/Chesapeake retriever  mix. From a home with brother Blitzen - they were good with kids and dogs. They were turned in for jumping the 5-6 ft chain link fence. We have remedies for this - and they have not jumped over our fences. Friendly, active, playful lad....SO HANDSOME.*Note that young dogs and pure breeds are at the highest end of our prices.* Please find our applications and valuable information under  "Adopt a dog"* on our website:  *www.beaglesandbuddies.com* and email your application to beaglesandbuddies@gmail.com. Let us know your preference of appointment day/time and which dogs you are interested in and we will do our best to accommodate and email you the closest appointment available. Please allow us up to a week to get back to you. Most appointments will be Friday-Sunday, 10 am - 2 pm, for an hour. *Note bring any other dog/s and the entire family to your meet and greet at B&B.* A complimentary training manual is included with each adoption, authored by terristeuben.com. Check out her website - she is fabulous! B&B is glad to be open during the pandemic. We know the value and comfort of a loving pet companion and are doing our best to help the dogs and folks who need them. We update our website daily and are always rescuing, vetting, rehabilitating, socializing. &#226&#128&#139 Are you my furrever family? For further info on the adoption process, please visit our home page and check out the "Adopt a Dog" section, which has thorough instructions.  All our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and  fully vaccinated before adoption; they have been wormed, bathed, socialized, walked daily and much loved; each adoptee leaves with a leash, collar, and all medical records.   Our prices are higher than the shelters' because we nurse the dogs through their illnesses and get them needed surgeries and dentals. We also spend time socializing. Furthermore, unlike shelters, rescues do not get financial aid from the government and must rely on donations, grants, and adoption fees. Our fees for adults start at $150 and usually go up to $750. Young adults that are high in demand may be a little over $750.00. For puppies and purebreds, we charge up to $1000. The lower end is for dogs who have been here a while. The good news is that, because rescues fall under the "charity" category, the fees for our dogs are officially donations and are therefore tax deductible. You can think of it as donating to a worthy cause and getting a dog in return!  Sponsor Me Beagles & Buddies must find ways to raise money so we can continue saving dogs. Your tax-deductible donation keeps our rescue kennel operating!  Hours Friday:  10 am to 3 pm Saturday:  10 am to 3 pm Sunday: 10 am to 3 pm Monday: CLOSED Tuesday: CLOSED Wednesday: CLOSED Thursday: CLOSED &#226&#128&#139 Weekday appointments may be available.  We are a small staff and do our best to accommodate your needs. **Note that during COVID, we are not holding open houses on any day.
