She loves long walks on her leash, zooming, playing with balls & stuffies, tug-of-war and of course, cuddling. She has a genetic condition that requires a bit of extra time & special steps at meals. She has a custom chair that allows her to eat in an upright position. Truffles eagerly gets into her chair as she is quite food motivated. She is intelligent, active, affectionate, and eager to please. She is ideal for an active family or individual. I am an energetic girl, REALLY energetic!!! I love being outside, running and playing an soaking up all the love I can get!. I’m still learning commands, however I’ll learn for some treats. I love playing with toys, but I’m still learning how to bring them back, I mean, you DID GIVE IT TO ME, RIGHT??? I enjoy getting brushed and giving kisses. I like other dogs and I’m always looking for friends to play with. I’m pretty awesome, because I am crate trained, house broken and enjoy kids. I forget that I am a bit energetic and like to jump when meeting new people- my foster mom is working on my manners, but hey- who doesn't love the enthusiasm from someone who loves you so much?? I’d prefer to have a yard, but as long as you take me to the dog park, I can live in an apartment. Hoping to find my forever home real soon!!! This beautiful girl is Stella! She’s a 10 yr old golden retriever mix who was adopted from a shelter as a puppy. We just moved to Clarksville to be closer to our families and we have a few family members who are extremely allergic to dogs. We really want to be able to spend time with our family and have them over to our home, but as of now, it’s not the case. Stella is an amazing dog. She’s gentle, great with kids, mild tempered and a has never been aggressive. Even though she’s 10, she still has a great amount of energy when she wants to, but also knows when it’s time to relax. She loves to go on walks, run around a backyard, and play. She would be great with other dogs who have a mild temperament as well. She has no issues with chewing things or having accidents inside. She is currently up to date on all shots as well as heart guard and flee and tick medications. We are not asking for a rehoming fee. We are offering Stella’s dog essentials-leash and collar, dog food container, bowls
