We adopted Peach as a puppy in 2021 when we moved to North Hollywood. She was a high-energy, extremely alert, anxious but also extremely playful and affectionate girl from day one. When I had my baby in September 2025, she became extremely unhappy and destructive in our house. I worry that at some point she may accidentally hurt herself or the baby. After almost 9 months of trying to adjust her to her new sibling, it’s clear that we need to find her a new home that doesn’t trigger her. We love her. It breaks our hearts. She’s a really good girl who needs a lot of patience and attention.

We run a small rescue from home and Charley is ready for permanence. Charley is a 3yr old golden doodle. She is the perfect "family" dog. She loves to play like a child, snuggle up to mom for quiet time, or accompany dad on runs/walks. She does it all. She is house broken, kennel trained, and knows basic commands. She is gentle and eager to please. Charley loves attention and she can be a little needy if ignored. That's her only flaw. She likes to be involved. She loves to communicate. Charley is ready for any adventure her forever people are taking. She is the most loving dog. She's so goofy playing with her stuffies and sometimes clumsy because she's wagging that tail so hard. Just a big baby. She is smart like a poodle with the heart of a golden retriever. Charley had a home once, but unfortunately they had to let her go due to family circumstances. Charlie loves sunbathing, long walks, outdoor adventures, treats, chicken, and being with his people. He is fully house-trained and has great manners in the home.Charlie was a puppy during COVID and missed many early socialization opportunities. Because of this, he has limited experience with other dogs—not because he isn't good with them, but because he wasn't able to socialize regularly during his formative years. Charlie loves people and is affectionate with adults. However, he can be wary of young children, as they don't always understand how to interact with dogs respectfully. He would do best in a home without young children.This is an incredibly difficult decision, but with two young children, we can no longer give Charlie the time and attention he deserves. We are looking for a loving home that will cherish him and give him the active, happy life he deserves.

They are curious about the world, enjoy being near their humans, and are discovering how wonderful toys, soft beds, treats, and belly rubs can be. Daisy Mae is the slightly more outgoing of the pair, always ready to greet you with a wagging tail and hopeful eyes. Juniper is a little more reserved at first, but once she feels safe, she becomes a devoted cuddle bug who loves quiet companionship. These girls are looking for patient families who understand that rescue dogs need time to adjust and blossom.
